Terms of Service
This service ("the Service") provides an online diagnostic that visualizes and evaluates mental tendencies in the eSports domain for gamers worldwide. Please review and agree to the following terms before using the Service.
Article 1 (Service Composition and Content)
The Service offers two versions:
- Free: Provides basic diagnostic output such as rank, mental type, and a 5-item radar chart.
- Paid: Premium diagnostic including rank, mental type, a detailed 15-item radar chart, strength analysis, and improvement advice (accessible for 7 days from purchase).
Article 2 (Availability, Currency, and Pricing)
The Service is available to users regardless of nationality or region. Displayed prices may vary by user region or currency for optimization. Exchange rate fluctuations and local taxes (e.g., VAT) may affect final pricing.
Article 3 (Fees and Refunds)
The paid version is prepaid and charges are final upon successful payment. Access to diagnostic results is available for 7 days from the date of purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, cancellations, refunds, or changes after purchase are not supported. Network errors, user mistakes, or duplicate purchases are not eligible for refunds.
Article 4 (Data and Privacy)
Submitted responses may be anonymized and used for statistical analysis, research, and service improvement in the eSports field. We do not collect or retain personal identifiers such as name, email address, address, or payment details (payment processing is outsourced to providers like Stripe). The Service takes into account international data protection laws such as the GDPR and CCPA.
Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users must not engage in the following:
- Submitting false information for diagnostics
- Impersonating others
- Reverse-engineering, modifying, or reusing the Service code or structure
- Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use
- Interfering with operations (spam, abusive behavior, attacks, etc.)
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
The Service provides reference information based on psychological findings and does not guarantee academic, competitive, financial, or interpersonal outcomes. We are not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, emotional distress, opportunity loss, disputes with third parties, etc.) arising from use of the Service. The same applies to interruptions, specification changes, or malfunctions.
Article 7 (Intellectual Property)
All content included in the Service (questions, diagnostic logic, result text, images, logos, UI, source code, etc.) is the copyrighted work of the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's head office as the court of first instance.
Article 9 (Changes to Terms)
These terms may be changed without prior notice. Changes take effect upon posting on the website.
