Article 2 (Sale Price)

Article 3 (Payment Methods and Timing)

Article 4 (Fees Other Than Product Price)
No shipping is required for digital content. If bank transfer is chosen, bank fees are borne by the customer.

Article 5 (Delivery Timing)
After payment is completed, diagnostic results (content) are available immediately. System delays may cause a few minutes of delay. Access to diagnostic results is available for 7 days from the date of purchase.

Article 6 (Returns, Cancellations, Refunds)
Due to the digital nature of the content, cancellations, refunds, or changes after payment are not supported. Access to diagnostic results is available for 7 days from the date of purchase, and we cannot provide access or extend the period after expiration. Network errors, user mistakes, or duplicate purchases are not eligible for refunds.
Return policy: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for digital content.
Cooling-off: Distance selling cooling-off periods generally do not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with your consent.

Article 7 (Defects and Operating Environment)

If a malfunction is suspected, please contact us with the occurrence details, time, screenshots, and your environment (OS, browser).

Article 8 (Sales Quantity and Usage Restrictions)
